I listened to the audiobook titled "Thinking for a living", hoping it to have interesting remarks and reflections on the nature of thinking. However, the book is boring as hell, the dry-est book on the management of knowledge workers that I have encountered, without any worthwhile insights.
1. Lot more knowledge workers. Requires autonomy, fairness in reward and in process. Sharing of knowledge is unnatural, e.g. Training their replacement
2. Problems with tryig to improve the process of kowledge workers: need to involve them in the improvement process.Only registered users can write comments. Please login or register. Powered by AkoComment 1.0 beta 2! |
